This Agreement will likely be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the legislation of Japan without regard to selection of regulation ideas. Any and all dispute arising out of or in reference to this Settlement shall solely be resolved by and at Tokyo District courtroom, Tokyo, Japan. Payl
